Maybe he drank shittons of alcohol which is not ultra processed. š¤
that is genuinely disgusting, They are selling us poison.
Big food and big pharma work hand in hand to make us sick and dependent of their toxic pharmaceuticals… you don't need an experimental to know this ššš
My grandkids live on shit. Sugar, fat, salt, . The 15 year old does a lot of sport so he is skinny. The 13 tear old is over weight and so is the 7 year old. Their grandpa buys zero sugar siftdrinks… full of chemicals. š āāļøš¤¦āāļø
"food that has chemicals in it"
bbc truly a trough for the mentally challenged
"…the diet 1 in 5 people eat in the UK."
Propaply like 50% of the USA populations diet right there…
mistake in the beginning: what are the effects of only changing the "proportional intake of processed foods", but we have also a clear increase in volume/ calories. So we don't really know how much was down to the processed food and how much was caused by just increasing the calorie intake
This is less about how processed the food is and "artificial" favoring, it is more about huge overdose of protein and carbs.
Ironically I have a kale avocado smoothie daily and it cirbs all the bad effects of ultra processed food I eat.
Quit putting down good food
Me eating fried chicken while watching this lol

Bruhā¦feel for you just listening to you. After eating cleaner and cleaner over the last 5 years and ramping up for the last year, a day of bad eating is starting to make me feel worse and worse.

How is a doctor talking weights in stones….
Can we try the same thing with whole foods and home cooked meals, eat whenever youāre hungry, at the slightest semblance of hunger. I just want to say, when I heard that rule, I cringed so hard. Itās like thereās levels to how hungry you can be. You shouldnāt eat whenever you feel like it. You could eat out of boredom, due to stress, depending on a shift in activity. Itās such a silly rule. I think the term āultra-processedā has become a buzzword.
People will switch to a whole foods and home cooked diets but their appetites and satiation signals will remain the same so they will not lose weight. When I went from 94kg to 73kg, I had no appetite for the longest time until I forced food down, by which I reacted poorly for a short period of time but eventually got used to the change. This topic is significantly more nuanced than this video makes it seem. Itās embarrassing to call this the āscientific methodā when your desire to eat is impacted by so many variables other than just 1-2 hormones, you also perceive the rule of āeat whenever you feel hungryā as a green light or as an excuse for eating whatever looks good in first sight. Being at a healthy weight isnāt about how processed the food is, itās about control, structure and natural discipline, it shouldnāt feel like youāre holding a plank whenever you refuse a snack, it should relaxed and nonchalant refusal. One month and one person is a small sample size. Itās ridiculous, in fact, I would even say itās infuriating, this is the BBC, this isnāt education. A lot of these chemicals are name-dropped without context for what they do and what they are. This video is frankly pathetic. This was more like of a daily vlog for this random bloke to display his friends and family to us.
The poor health markers are all caused by an unrestrained caloric surplus which has led to excessive fat gain, but the issue apparently is the spooky and thouā that shanāt be named⦠Voldem⦠Ultra-processed foods.
Well 5 yrs old here it comes again
