My 8.n half month old is not having teeth so I have to depend on lumpy puree any remedy
But what do you do when the baby refuses to sit in the chair?
Your videos are super helpful. Could you please make a video on how to enable baby to self feed. Baby plays with food but doesn’t put in mouth. Thanks!
Very well explained . Thankyou
My baby was eating herself but recently she doesn't want to pick her spoon, what do I do?
My baby is 18 months still on spoon feeding and mashed food any help for me how to encourage him for self feeding and how can I encourage him for the new texture
The same with baby and bottles? I mean like 2 months
I have a question regarding finger food….
I'm always scared. What if baby bites a big bite of food? (Like a large peice of Carrot/egg)
Hi Emma…is that good …my baby eats everything..i mean food . whatever we eats she also want…even a bitter gourd… sometimes i feel is she hungry every times or just want to taste..
How do you keep a sanitary kitchen when the baby is throwing food all over constantly at every meal?
I feel like a bad mom for even asking the question but I'm exhausted and don't know how to do it
😢
Thank you Emma for the efforts you put into these videos of yours.
Pls, can you make your videos short. Thank you. I love your videos, but sometimes I'm reluctant to watch when I see 8-10minutes. Could you pls consider making them 3-5minutes. Thanks.
I decided not to buy a high chair for my little one and do old fashion way – sitting on my knee, so he can be fully focused on food. Less cleaning and still can experience foods. And also saving money.
I wonder if the way I feed my 13 months old daughter is wrong. She is still spoon fed but not pureed food. I make her plates with food cut in small cubes. She has her own spoon to try and feed herself and can also eat with her hands. I just help her to actually eat something. Should I let her eat by herslef ?
Any tips for bottle fed babies? Is force feeding is just as bad? My LO is very disinterested in eating, each feeding he takes 2 oz and looses interest. He is 4 month old, happy, meeting developmental milestones, does not have any medical issues that would prevent him from taking in sufficiant amount. Very rarely he may drink 5oz in one go but super rare. Each feeding is a struggle, seems that he could just not eat all day and be just as fine. Tried all formulas, breastmilk, bottles no difference. Seems that no one else has this issue and i cannot figure out what is wrong
My baby never stops eating. I still haven’t found her limit. In fact she will just vomit and then want more. She does this with her bottles as well. What could be going on? My pediatrician doesn’t understand or believe me and thinks my baby has a limit. I’ve tried and she doesn’t.
hello how are u hope u doing well.i watch ur videos regularly but i have a request kindly make a full video on nutrition requirements for baby 2-3 years kindly kindly make videos on it i will be waiting for it
Can you do a video about sensory play and how to help with hand flapping?
Hi Emma
My toddler is below 2 percentile in height and weight. Was born very low birth weight. Now he is extremely picky and won’t eat consistently. If he does he will only take 4 bites at most. He hates milk any sort and still breastfeeds as I worry he does not get any milk so I still breastfeed. I’m so worried and stressed to the point of hopelessness. Please help. Thanks a mil
Hi,,my four months old baby from one and half months does not sleep well,, during day time he sleep 30 minutes and night time he wake up every 15 minutes,,he is sleepy but won't sleep,, what is the problem?? can you help me please
Hi Emma! Thanks for your information. It's so helpful to understand my kid and help him to get independet. I've also watched your «The Top 7 Mistakes That Make Picky Eating Worse» in the past and it has helped a lot! But we're still worried about our son's eating habits. We normally eat 1–2 meals per day together with our son at the table. He's two years old and very active. He's not a picky eater at all and tries new food. But usually he finishes his meal within about 5–10 minutes after maybe 4–5 bites (he eat by himself with a fork or spoon). Then he announces that he's done and wants to get down from his highchair to go play and run around. Same with snack times. He just seems to be more interested in everything else than eating! We don't want to force feed him. What we do is to offer him food actively when he passes the table. And most of the time he will stop to eat it. But I'm stressed putting so much emphasis on him eating and actively taking part in it. And also him eating while doing something else (choking hazard). I'm wondering if what we're doing is counterproductive..? Should we also limit his meal time to the time he is at the table? And at what age are children able to understand that eating at the table is this social event they are expected to take part in? The time has come where we want to introduce a new chair where he can get up and down by himself. So we will be much more dependent on his willingness to eat at the table with us.
Thanks for your help!!
Who is watching this while eating?
Ur videos r very helpful..my 5month old is doing motions with light mucus ..is it normal. When he is 4 mnth he used to do in every 2 days..
Thank you for this Video! It is really so. How can we help the children who have those "problems" already?Could you give us please some advice 😊
What do you use to pure the food for baby? Thanks!❤
❤❤❤
My baby initially eats very good when he was 6 to 7 months. But when he turned 8 months and til now that he is 9 months old, he gradually becomes picky eater. How to start all over to make him love food again? 🥺

Might be a silly question, but why do the legs/feet have to be supported in a high chair? I'm about to start introducing solids to my son, but have never thought about this.
Great tips! Do you have any suggestions on how to transition from lumpy purée to more finger foods during that 8-9mo period?
I’m totally going to do this. My deck is much smaller though. I might have to forego the gazebo or get a smaller one. You all killed it. Looks so good!! I’m gonna watch it a few more times!
Should you keep feeding baby if they look like they want more?
I worry about him filling up with solids. Some days it's a real struggle to get him to take a bottle, don't want his milk intake to decrease so much
Thanks for the info 😊 my baby is starting with solids and I want to make the transition as smooth and happy as possible. Also, I love your plants!❤
Hey Emma, I'm a huge BLW fan but I got super interested when you said "the correct way to spoon feed". I constantly hear about people spoon feeding their children until 1.5-2 years of age. I remember in your video on BLW you mention this again but I have received some heavy backlash from experienced parents when I asked them don't they give finger foods in a few months as well… so I'm curious what you refer being the right way to spoon feed – is it based on some government guidelines or other source? I'm super curious to be more prepared in such conversations next time.
I noticed today my 7 month old was much more interested in eating when on my lap and eating from my plate- she’s so fascinated on my taking spoonfuls of soup that she wants it – and she’s much more relaxed about the texture than she is in the high chair
I live so far away from my own mother and all my family rn 🥺 thank you for being a wonderful resource for a young first time mom
Can't get my eyes off Emma's hair, so beautiful 🙂
Thank you. I would be lost without your videos. Do you have a video on toys for 9 to 12 months of age. I know your very busy. So please take your time. Thank you again.
Thank you so much Emma
I avoid all of these. 9 month old still hates food and won’t eat more than a couple bites at mealtime. I know consistency and patience is key. Staying consistent (not so patient) and hoping she finally starts to like solids 😭😭😭
