I watch this before and it popped up again so I’ve watched it again, gosh chubby all she wanted to do was play games with her kids. I’m glad that she was able to do that in the end.
Hyponatremia is no joke, when I was in the Army I'd frequently drink tons of water and not eat the day before a PT (physical fitness training) test to make weight and be able to run on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. One time I overdid both and I started having severe headaches, nausea and muscle cramps to the point that I couldn't finish the run and after a few more minutes could barely move. Luckily we had a medic who handed me a bottle of Gatorade and after a few sips the pain immediately started to go away and I was fine after ten minutes.
Why was it distilled water? If it wasn't distilled water it's arguable that she could have lived. Equally they could have laced the water with low level diuretics (which would have probably enhanced the effect the radio station was looking for).
Honestly this video is the very epitome of "stick with what works". The channel was a fair bit of different things before. Let's Plays, vlogging, compilations. Once he landed on this formula and saw the numbers it ran? Well…if it works then it works, its fascinating how little the format has changed. But there have been improvements! Better cameras and mics of course, but also a whole host of friends and folks to play as actors in the videos which work great for this! Still using the same music though haha. I had played Dustforce a couple weeks before seeing my first Chubbyemu video, so I was thrown for a loop hearing it…that was my hook, weirdly enough.
I had hyponatremia nearly 3 years ago,; I was at the ER for something else, but before I k what happened, I was told I fell , hit the wall on the way to the floor then started seizing which left a bad bruise above my left eye . I don’t remember what happened my dad saw me fall and I’m so thankful I was at the right place at the wrong time. After being unconscious for 2 days , I woke up in ICU with my wrists tied to the bed railing. They asked me a few questions the one being Do you know where you are and what happened? I told them no. This nearly killed me

…imagine your mom dying for a console that was outdated a decade before it came out :/
I’ve heard of people dying from water toxicity when they take MDMA (ecstasy( as it makes them so thirsty

First medical video
this is where it all started
All because she drank distilled water and not bottled water.
Stay hydrated my friends🎉
My mom made me drink 2 & 1/2 gallons of water. I passed out, and vomited.
His first video of this form btw
instantly switched from PC videos to medical videos
Fascinating

Fun fact: these is the first medic video he ever created btw.
The first of these type of videos…
Amazing!
She drank 25 pounds of water, no wonder the body reacted poorly
I WANT A WII BUT I AIN'T RISKING DYING
I watched too many of these videos. I decided to only eat rice.
Oh thats scary. I once drank 2 litres in an hour. Ended up vomiting tho
Distilled water tastes bitter. Maybe that is why they chose it in order to add more difficulty to the contest.
