For my baby white noise helped. And she also got used to lullabies and we maintained a routine and it is much better now.

Why does my newborn fighting it's swaddle hlshe always got her hands a way out. She's nearly 1 month old and waking up every 2 hrs during the night😢 I miss sleeping so much, my eyes are so tired. Hopefully it'll change soon
