Half the quantity is sugar only.. pls read the label.. even though ther is no refined sugar but other sugars like cane sugar or dates are almost same negative effects , in addition kids will get used to sugar taste n later cravings … parents pls don’t get trapped in this so called healthy foods… if there are some deficiencies its okay to take supplements until fixed ..
