One of the worst insurance company they mislead us,they were having lots of issues with their network hospital, even if you get cashless claim you have to pay 20 percentage of that bill amount to the hospital. Worst experience ever
The sales agent provided completely incorrect information at the time of policy purchase. During the claim process, many hospitals refused to accept Niva Bupa insurance. Even in a case where a hospital was willing to accept it, the cashless claim was still rejected by Niva Bupa. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against buying Niva Bupa insurance.
