Its nothing about culture. Its funny people protect their baby from everything but will let their baby sit in its own waste because they are too lazy to take their baby to the toilet. Baby's go thru horrible pain from rash when it just boils down to laziness. People are followers. They figure you are just supposed to get diapers.
