Urinals should not exist. If I had a son, I would teach him to urinate sitting down. You don’t need a urinal and a toilet, you just need a toilet or a bidet. Biologically, the only way that you can fully empty your bladder is by sitting down. If you’re a guy and you urinate like this, don’t be surprised if you get UTIs more often than guys that sit down. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.
