Hello. Is the feeding routine included in the wake window as well? For example, for a 4 week old the wake window is 60-90 minutes, if breastfeeding takes place for 60 minutes then the rest 30 minutes is concidered the wake window?

I'm diagnosed with both fallopian tubes with hydrosalpinx.i had failed ivf cycle, 1 fertilized egg did not continue to be an embryo.
Now i'm thinking to do the hydrosalpinx removal then do the 2nd round ivf cycle…
