Seed, Bump & Beyond: Mothers Helping Mothers

Sometimes the most meaningful paths in life begin in the moments we never expected.

For Jasmine Sanders, founder of Live Well Homeopathy, that path began when her young son was diagnosed with Inherited Retinal Disease and later ASD Level 2. Like so many mothers faced with uncertainty, she found herself searching for ways to support him that honoured both his individuality and the body’s innate capacity to heal. She wanted to understand, to advocate and to leave no stone unturned in helping her little boy thrive.

That search eventually led her to homeopathy and transformed not only the way she supported her own family, but the direction of her life.

At the same time, Courtney Purl, founder of Heal in the Home, was experiencing the quiet power of holistic healing within her own family. Through everyday moments of caring for those she loved, she discovered how empowering it could be for mothers to have practical tools, knowledge and confidence to support their families naturally. What began as a personal passion soon grew into a desire to share that wisdom with others.

Although their journeys into this work were shaped by different experiences, they were united by the same heartfelt belief, that women deserve to feel heard, supported and empowered in their health and motherhood journeys.

Together, this shared vision became Seed, Bump & Beyond.

More than a collaboration, Seed, Bump & Beyond is a reflection of what can happen when women come together with compassion, purpose and a genuine desire to walk alongside one another. It is a space created by mothers, for mothers. It is a place where women’s voices matter, their instincts are honoured and their choices are heard and respected.

Because every woman deserves to feel safe enough to ask questions, empowered enough to make informed decisions and supported enough to trust herself.

In a world where many women can feel overwhelmed by information or unheard in their experiences, our hope is to offer something different.

A place of connection.

A place of education.

A place where there is no judgement, only support.

A place where mothers help mothers.

The Passion: What inspired you to set up your business?

For Jasmine, supporting women and families became a natural extension of her own experiences as a mother navigating unexpected diagnoses and advocating fiercely for her son’s wellbeing.

“Discovering homeopathy changed our family’s life, and it inspired me to help other mothers and families experience that same support and healing”.

For Courtney, it was witnessing the reassurance and confidence that holistic care brought into her own home that ignited a passion to educate and empower others.

Together, we recognised that mothers often aren’t looking for someone to tell them what to do. They’re seeking someone to listen. Someone to reassure them that their concerns are valid, their intuition matters and that they have choices.

Our greatest desire has been to create one of the first spaces where women can openly explore natural support while feeling genuinely seen and heard. Where informed choice sits at the centre of every conversation.

The Launch: Mothers Helping Mothers

Like many beautiful things, Seed, Bump & Beyond began organically.

Long before there was a business name, there were conversations around kitchen tables, women gathered in lounge rooms, shared cups of tea and mothers reaching out to one another for guidance and encouragement.

Jasmine began supporting friends, family and members of her community while continuing her studies in homeopathy, fertility support and homeoprophylaxis. Courtney opened her home to intimate gatherings where women could learn about homeopathy in a safe and welcoming environment, ask questions without fear of judgement and build confidence in caring for their families.

What grew from those moments was something incredibly special. Women began sharing their experiences. They told their sisters, neighbours and friends. They came seeking support not just for themselves, but for the people they loved most.

At its heart, Seed, Bump & Beyond was built on the simple philosophy of “Mothers helping Mothers”. It wasn’t born from a desire to build a business. It was born from a desire to build community. A community where women could walk beside one another through fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and motherhood, knowing they never had to navigate these seasons alone.

The Innovation: What was the biggest breakthrough?

One of the most profound breakthroughs was realising that what women were craving extended far beyond remedies or products.

They were seeking reassurance.

Permission to trust themselves.

Education that empowered rather than overwhelmed.

Support that met them exactly where they were.

We realised we weren’t simply offering consultations, blends or kits. We were helping create calm amidst uncertainty and restoring confidence in mothers who often already held the wisdom they needed within themselves.

That understanding continues to shape everything we create through Seed, Bump & Beyond.
