since if the baby looks to you, it will always turn his head, which is not compfortable.
how to hold it: you hold it just with one arm/hand. lets say in your left arm. your hand goes under babys left arm and you hold babys right upper leg in your left hand.
free right hand for you and compfortable for babys head and back.
